This 5" x 7" note card is inspired by the Zentangle® method of pattern drawing, which uses simple strokes in a mindful way to create small works of art, and is an original hand-drawn design. This captivating drawing is appropriate for any occasion, and a handcrafted card is always appreciated. After painting the watercolor background and allowing the colors to swirl together, I added black and white designs, called tangles. The tangles used, from top left to bottom right, are Fento, Monapa, Artoo, Sprang, Squirtz, Pokeroot, Bzings, Lazy Leaf, Zinger, Duvet, Sedgling, and Chueca.
